Optimize production processes, systems & structures for operation efficiency and effectiveness.

Equipment and processes meet operational, quality, and engineering standards.

Cost-reduction and waste-elimination to reduce manufacturing cost

Job Responsibilities

Increase factory productivity through machine capabilities, operators efficiency and work methods

Time studies and work measurements for operators efficiency

Special projects for new products development

Capacity planning, capital budgeting, and long-term strategic planning



Job Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with strong industrial engineering exposure

Strong initiative, analytical mindset, and commitment to meeting deadlines

Applicants should be adept with engineering design software and systems
