• Monthly Remuneration: Up to RM6,000 (Basic Salary + Overtime + Commission）
• Fluent in Mandarin

• Off Days: 8 days per month
• Working Hours: Day Shift 10am-10pm, Night Shift 10pm-10am

• Accurately identify customer needs, offer genuine support, and ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Evaluate daily performance to continuously improve service quality and deliver meaningful value to customers.
• Responsible for collecting customer data, conducting regular customer follow-ups, protecting user rights, and upholding the company's service reputation.
• Stay up to date with the market trends, analyze the root causes of issues with industry context in mind, and drive continuous product improvement and optimization.
• Provide guidance to customers and assist in resolving a variety of inquiries and issues.
