Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and manage client proposals, pitch decks, quotations, reports, and presentation materials
-Support business development activities, including client follow-ups, presentations, and documentation
-Coordinate projects with Creative and Operations teams to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are met
-Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign concepts, and communication plans based on client briefs
-Manage project documentation, approvals, revisions, and version control
-Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality across all client-facing materials
-Support performance reporting, post-project summaries, and internal updates
-Maintain clear communication with clients regarding timelines, requirements, and expectations

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, agency, event, or client-based environment
-Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (deck preparation is essential)
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs
-Willing to travel and possess own transport
-Malaysian citizenship only
