What you'll be doing
-Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects across the healthcare sector
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations/ CME Workshop to showcase Healthcon's range of medical services and solutions
-Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the sales process to secure new business deals
-Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
-Provide regular updates and performance reports to management
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer need

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role within the healthcare or medical industry
-Strong understanding of the medical and healthcare landscape, including key players, regulations, and market dynamics
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch Healthcon's services to a variety of stakeholders
-Proven track record of successfully identifying, nurturing, and converting new business opportunities
-Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment
-Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex, fast-paced situations
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
