Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1-to-1 personal training sessions with clients
• Conduct assessments and design customised training programmes
• Help clients improve strength, movement, confidence, and quality of life
• Guide clients safely through exercises with proper technique and progression
• Follow ILift’s structured coaching and consultation system
• Support client retention through good coaching and communication
• Work collaboratively with Head Coach and studio team

(Sales support and consultations are guided by ILift systems — you are not left alone to “figure it out”)

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Certification in Personal Training / Exercise Science (required)
• Passion for helping people, especially beginners and older adults
• Good communication skills and professionalism
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow systems
• Ability to coach safely and responsibly
• Prior experience as a Personal Trainer is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome
