Responsibilities
-Responsible for planning, executing and coordinating various marketing events and on-ground activations.
-Identify and liaise with relevant vendors, external stakeholders, and partners.
-Collaborate with internal team members to ensure that all aspects of the event are seamless and meet the marketing objectives.
-Manage and Coordinate for resources such as marketing materials.
-Manage budgets and track expenses of exhibition/roadshow to ensure cost-effective solutions.
-Supervise and manage the event on-site to ensure smooth operations.
-Support business development team by creating marketing initiatives and activities that contribute to lead generation at events.
-Assist with basic photo and video capture and editing for internal and marketing use.
-Handle unforeseen issues or emergencies during the event and provide prompt and appropriate solutions.
-Keep track on data analysing of the performance of all marketing events.
-Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

Requirement:
-At least with Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years’ working experience in the related field
-Experience in event planning or coordination in a corporate environment
-Proven track record of creative, successful events
-Basic knowledge or familiarity with photo and video capture and simple editing tools is an added advantage
-Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills
-High energy and able to handle fast paced events
-Proficient in Microsoft software
-Willing to travel outstation & possess own transport
