Job Responsibilities
Be part of a creative, collaborative team bringing projects to life:
-Planning and execution of event, coordinate and supervise on-site works (build-up, event days & tear-down) ensure projects are delivered smoothly, safely, and within agreed timelines.
-Build and maintain good client relationships and provide reliable project support.
-Prepare and manage project documentation (BoQ, quotations, invoices), coordinate permits and licenses approvals for event setups.
-Source event spaces for brand activations, secure confirmation from client, and manage event preparation.
-Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, logistics teams, and other relevant authorities.
-Proactively manage and resolve on-site and project-related challenges.
-Handle any other ad-hoc matters assigned by superior/management from time to time.

Job Requirements

-Malaysian candidates only.
-Preferably 1–2 years experience in events, exhibitions, project management, or interior fit-out.
-Responsible, reliable, and able to work without constant supervision with good problem solving skills.
-Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, live event environment.
-Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays (replacement leave provided).
-Own transport is required for site visits and event setup.
-Able to travel outstation or overseas when required.
-Knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques is an added advantage.
-Well spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese/Mandarin is an added advantage.
-Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
