Job Responsibilities
-Handle daily accounting tasks using SQL Accounting Software.
-Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery orders and receipts; follow up on payments.
-Organize and upload accounting documents for external accountants.
-Assist in bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
-Perform day-to-day administrative duties to support office operations.
-Source vendor quotations, compare prices, and negotiate costing.
-Provide ad-hoc office support when the team is on-site for projects and setup.

Job Requirements
-At least 1 year of experience in Accounting or Admin roles (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
-Basic Accounting or Bookkeeping knowledge.
-Able to use SQL Accounting Software.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
-Effective communicator with internal and external teams.
-Speaks English & Bahasa Malaysia (Cantonese & Mandarin is a bonus).
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SQL Accounting Software.
-Proactive, eager to learn and responsible in task given.
