What you'll be doing
-Develop and execute compelling content strategies across various digital platforms to engage the target audience
-Create high-quality, visually-appealing content including blog posts, social media updates, videos and other multimedia assets
-Manage and optimise the company's social media channels to build brand awareness and drive engagement
-Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and events
-Analyse content performance and audience metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness
-Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new content opportunities

What we're looking for
-A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Broadcasting, Digital Media, Media Production, Journalism, Communication or a related field.
-At least one year of experience in content creation or planning.
-A passion for creative work, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to exploring new ideas. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
-Fluency in Mandarin to create and manage content on social media platforms effectively.
-Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content
-Proficient in the use of content creation tools such as Canva or video editing software
-Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content distribution and engagement
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse content performance and make informed decisions
-Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
-Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
