Key Responsibilities
• Design & Production: Create impactful visual content, including digital ads, social media posts, website graphics, brochures, flyers, logos, and packaging.
• Branding & Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all media.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and art directors to understand project briefs, identify design requirements, and deliver creative solutions.
• Project Management: Manage the design process from concept to final deliverable, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Visual Storytelling: Use a combination of illustrations, colors, and typography to tell compelling visual stories and engage the target audience.
• Revisions & Quality Assurance: Present design drafts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and review designs for errors before final publishing or printing.

Qualifications & Skills
• Education: A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and end-to-end design expertise is mandatory. (Links to a personal website, Behance, or Dribbble are often requested).
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and a creative, problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in #Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. (Need to communicate with China supplier)
