Job Scope
· Develop and execute the company’s overall e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
· Own annual sales targets, GMV, profit margins, and budget planning.
· Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
· Oversee daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, etc.).
· Optimize pricing, promotions, inventory turnover, and supply chain efficiency.
· Analyze performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rate, AOV) to improve business outcomes.
· Lead e-commerce marketing initiatives including paid ads, KOL/KOC, livestreaming, and platform campaigns.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, content, and livestream teams.
· Lead, coach, and develop the e-commerce team.
· Work cross-functionally with finance, IT, logistics, and supply chain teams.
· Ensure platform compliance, governance, and risk management.
· Present performance reports and strategic updates to senior management / board.

Requirements / Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
· 5–10 years of e-commerce experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon and/or DTC).
· Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and financial metrics.
· Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in livestream commerce, cross-border e-commerce, or beauty/FMCG industries is an advantage.
· Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
