Project & Technical Execution
• Manage the technical and operational aspects of projects involving high-voltage primary equipment, including power transformers (132kV and above).
• Execute awarded project scopes and coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery meets contractual, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and international standards (e.g. IEC, IEEE, JIS).
• Review and support technical drawings, specifications, and documentation submitted by vendors.
• Prepare and manage project specifications, schedules, and document control lists.

Stakeholder & Coordination
• Liaise with customers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to support smooth project execution.
• Participate in site meetings and technical discussions to resolve project-related issues.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams to ensure alignment across departments.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, technical issues, and risks.

Tender & Commercial Support
• Support RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and bid submissions from a technical perspective.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and contract administration teams to support contract execution and delivery targets.

Continuous Development & Team Contribution
• Apply company standards, engineering codes, and internal procedures in daily work.
• Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and internal technical reviews.
• Collaborate closely with team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support business and project needs.
