Job Responsibilities
-Meet or exceed agreed sales targets in terms of volume, value, and profitability for the assigned accounts.
-Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities for both existing and new products.
-Manage negotiations on trading terms, promotional agreements, and annual contracts.
-Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels of the customer organization, including Buyers, Merchandisers, and Category Managers.
-Act as the main point of contact for all commercial-related matters, ensuring a high level of customer service.
-Plan, negotiate, and implement effective promotional and marketing activities within approved budgets.
-Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts to support product availability and reduce out-of-stock situations.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field.
-At least three years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG/CPG industry.
-Proficient in both English and Mandarin to meet market requirements.
-Proven experience in managing large national retail accounts.
-Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
