-Manage office maintenance, supplies, and inventory.
-Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.
-Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
-Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
-Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
-Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
-Prepare and edit reports and internal documents.
-Liaise with vendors and support basic HR administrative tasks.

Job requirements:
-Minimum Secondary School/SPM or equivalent qualification.
-Proactive, organized, self-disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlines.
-Willing to learn and possess basic computer skills.
-Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply.
