Job Responsibilities:

KOL Engagement: Identify, connect, and collaborate with influential KOLs, establishing long-lasting relationships that amplify our brand's reach.

Innovative Outreach: Employ a blend of innovative techniques including cold calling, personalized messaging, and networking to engage potential customers from provided leads.

Live Platform Campaigns: Drive captivating and impactful live show campaigns by orchestrating seamless collaboration with identified KOLs.

Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, campaigns, and activities to exceed set sales targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales and customer relationship building.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficient in using RM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Resilient and adaptable to handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.

Basic knowledge of our industry and familiarity with our products is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
