Job Responsibilities:
· Organize and schedule appointments. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
· To support in all kind of projects, proposal, meetings and relates issues.
· To maintain confidentiality and exclusivity within Director's office.
· To ensure accuracy and confidentiality by organizing, coordinating, producing and maintaining correspondences as well as providing informative reports and information.
· To plan and schedule meetings, appointments, conferences as well as travelling schedules, as required by the Management.
· Works closely with Director to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Requirements:
· 3-4 years’ Experience candidates encouraging to apply.
· Positive Thinking and Energetic.
· Good Communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
· Must be able to work well in a team environment
· We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
