What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):
-Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment (mixers, blenders, packing machines, utilities)
-Perform basic preventive maintenance and first-level troubleshooting to minimize downtime
-Assist in machine setup, changeover, and cleaning in accordance with SOPs
-Follow food safety, hygiene, GMP, and safety requirements at all times
-Record production parameters, machine performance, and minor breakdowns
-Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or quality concerns to supervisors
-Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
-Comply with company rules, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
-Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
-1–3 years’ experience in manufacturing or food production environment preferred
-Basic mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
-Willing to work shifts, overtime, or on-call when required
-Safety-conscious and team-oriented
