Responsibilities
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
-Monitor sales performance across projects and provide timely reporting and analysis.
-Lead and manage in-house sales teams, ensuring high productivity and motivation.
-Engage, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with external real estate agencies.
-Conduct regular sales briefings, training, and performance reviews.
-Identify market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
-Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure smooth booking and handover processes.
-Assist in planning and executing marketing events, roadshows, and launches.
-Manage basic digital marketing tasks including social media posting, ad boosting, and content coordination.
-Work with creative teams or vendors to develop marketing materials (brochures, banners, EDMs).
-Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
-Support CRM initiatives and customer engagement programs.



Requirements
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property sales or related field.
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
-Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-Basic understanding of marketing tools and event coordination.
-Able to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
-Willing to travel and work on weekends when required.
