Responsibilities :

Help merchandising executive in:

Sales & Margin
-To plan merchandise strategic launch and promotions and determine on pricing strategy.
-Control overall product margin at required percentage.
-Prepare sales forecasting, budget management and sales performance analysis reports.
-Execute promotions strategy, seasonal changes and product launches.
-Work closely with sales team to ensure that strategies are aligned with sales objectives and targets are achieved.
-Develop POSM to enhance in store product promotion.
-Prepare merchandising reports and forecasts to facilitate department purchasing objectives.
-Ensure design for product displays is properly implemented at all assigned locations.

Inventory
-Develop and maintain Open To Buy (OTB) Plan.
-Control stock holding at certain month and percentage.
-Take charge of inventory forecast for basic SKUs and promotional SKUs.
-Monitor weekly and monthly sales and stock forecast to ensure the optimum stock level is maintained.
-Liaise with logistics/ 4PL department on shipping schedule and monitor and track arrival of goods shipment.
-To implement corrective measures for slow moving merchandise.
-Identify and maximize sales of fast selling items by taking corrective actions.
-Monitor and implement effective inventory control.

Aging & stock turn
-Take charge of stock allocation.
-Responsible to work on inventory turnover ratio report
-Responsible to monitor left over promo stocks/nearly expired stocks and initiate clearance plan.
-Identify problems and propose improvement plan.

Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Required Skill(s):
-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Merchandising or equivalent.
-Candidate will act as a Assistant Merchandising for this job position.
