Job Description
~ Assist in identifying government sales opportunities across ministries, agencies, schools, and public-sector programs.
~ Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, product presentations, and tender documents.
~ Conduct research on relevant government schemes, procurement processes, and upcoming tenders.
~ Help coordinate communication and follow-ups with government departments and project partners.
~ Organize and prepare documents for project submissions, approvals, and reporting.
~ Track project progress, assist in scheduling, and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
~ Support internal coordination between sales, marketing, product, and warehouse teams for project execution.
~ Maintain accurate records, data, and updates for ongoing government-related activities.

Requirements

*Strong research, documentation, and organizational skills.
*Good communication skills (written & verbal).
*Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic presentation tools.
