Key Responsibilities:
-Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
-Lead end-to-end business development activities, including pitching, negotiations, and deal closure.
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure successful execution of partnerships and projects.
-Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for internal and external stakeholders.
-Track performance, revenue targets, and pipeline progress; provide regular reporting and insights.
-Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, calculation, formulas generation and ability to handle financial matters.
-Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
