What You Will Be Doing :
Business Development & Sales
Develop business opportunities with travel agents, corporates, and other market segments.

Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to drive occupancy, room nights, and revenue.

Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs including sales meetings, new accounts, and revenue targets.

Conduct cold calling, outdoor visits, and face-to-face negotiations with partners.

Market Analysis & Insights
Analyze market trends, competitor rates, sales, and promotional activities.

Provide actionable insights and feedback to Sales Management to improve business outcomes.

Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key accounts.

Support partners to ensure alignment with OYO’s standards and performance expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, revenue management, and customer support.

Ensure smooth onboarding and day-to-day operations with partner travel agencies.



What We Are Looking For
2–5 years’ experience in B2C or B2B outside sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel agency sector.

Proven cold calling and lead generation experience with a strong sales mindset.

Established network with hotels, travel agents, corporate clients, and government agencies is a plus.

Excellent computer skills, including Excel, database management, and record keeping.

Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
