Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.

Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs by conducting regular customer visits and presentations to promote products and services.

3. Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market by collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.

4. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulatory changes.

Provide technical support and product information to customers and the sales team.

5. Reporting and analysis:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management.

Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

6. Team Management:

Lead and manage the team members to be professional representative of the company.

Coach and guide team members to be professional representative of the company.

Lead by example.

7. Other duties - Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.


Requirements:

Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Technology, Biochemistry or a Science related field.

Working experience: At least 5 years of working experience in food ingredient sales industry with proven track record managing different segments for Assistant Manager, and 3 years for Senior Executive. Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of food ingredients, their applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, business acumen, cost management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
