Responsibilities :

Produce impressive 3D visual renderings, sketches, space planning, detailed CAD drawings, layout plans and working drawings.

Well time management skills with demonstrated works on various or multiple projects.

To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management.

Conducting site visits and monitoring project progress to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Coordinating with contractors, carpenters, suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Able to prepare tender documents, BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical specifications.

Others duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.

Experienced in working as interior designer/architect in design of residential, industrial & commercial project.

Able to prepare 2D drawings, technical skill, furniture layout and 3D visuals with 3D Max Vray/Corona or other software.

Good on design idea and concept into design details.

Strong design sense on materials, colour, light and aesthetic.

Passion in work, fast learner, open minded, wiling to learn & can work independently & as a team to meet datelines.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
