Responsibilities :

Manage the full set of accounts, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.

Handle all aspects of accounting operations, including AP, AR, FA, JE, CM, GL & etc.

Assist in project budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitoring of actual performance against budget.

Monitor the progress billings & collections related to property sales; ensure timely settlement of project claims in accordance with agreed terms.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Accounting, Tax, Audit & etc.

Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, authorities & etc relating to the works.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.

Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related qualifications.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Experience in handling full set of accounts is an added advantage.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

Candidates fluent who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication in Mandarin.
