What You'll Do
System Management: Manage documents and raise Purchase Requests/Purchase Orders for Sales and Trade Marketing teams.

Invoice Tracking: Monitor incoming DN/Tax invoices, compile itemized documents, and liaise with Finance and AR teams to reconcile claims and follow up on outstanding balances.

Budget Management: Create and maintain WBS budgets.

Sales Support: Coordinate with Sales to resolve day-to-day issues and support Trade Marketing activities.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate reports as assigned by Heads of Department.

Event Coordination: Organize flight schedules, hotel bookings, and lead coordination for Sales Conferences and internal activities.

What You need to be successful
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles supporting senior management.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

High proficiency in MS Office Suite and business tools.

Strong interpersonal skills, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive mindset.
