Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven Sales Executive in bakery ingredients to join our expanding team.

You will be selling baking ingredients to the Baking Ingredients Shop / Cake Shop / B2B/industrial.

Area coverage of the central Johor Region. Existing Accounts will be provided, and also required to open new Accounts

You must have your transportation with a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the Johor region.

The indicated salary is inclusive of basic, car allowance, and commission/Incentives. A petrol card will be provided, tolls & parking to be claimed by receipt.

Potential for higher earnings in tandem with sales achievement.

Sales commission based on performance.

5 days work/week.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

To achieve the company's sales and collection targets.

To provide servicing and solutions to customers based on call cycle/ frequency.

Actively open new accounts and develop sales in your coverage area.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, supported by technical groups, for potential industrial customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.

Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.

Provide the Sales Manager with accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and keep abreast of new developments in the baking ingredients industry.

Timely collections and proposed the right credit based on business potential.



REQUIREMENTS:

Must have own transport with a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within your coverage area.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the baking industry or food manufacturing sector.

Knowledge of baking ingredients, food production processes, and baking techniques is a plus.

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers and have the ability to communicate in English and Bahasa.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Proficient in using MS Office applications.
