Responsibilities:

Perform regular processing of general accounting activities on Accounts Payable’s payments – matching PR/PO/DO/INVOICES (Suppliers)

Ensure correct Accounting codings and verifications on Suppliers' Invoices against POs

Landed Costing for Imported Raw Materials/Trading FG

Preparation of financial and tax schedules and analysis

Tracking suppliers accrued Invoices/Outstanding Unmatched Invoices/Dos

Cash Flow Forecast for Payables on agreed payment terms, both local & overseas vendors

BNM/Central Bank quarterly reportings & MIDA annual reportings via Portals

Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit and tax processes

Any other duties assigned by immediate superiors from time to time



Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting, Partial Professional Accounting certifications, e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA

Previous experience in Payables/General Accounting with at least 2 years

Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Good interpersonal skills, analytical, dynamic, and resourceful

Possess initiative andthe ability to meet tight reporting deadlines

Familiar with Microsoft Excel/Words/PowerPoints
