Financial Analysis & Forecasting
-Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial projections.
-Analyze financial performance vs. budget and highlight variances to management.

Accounting Database & Operation
-Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) with expertise in double-entry bookkeeping.
-Manage journal entries including Hire Purchase (HP), Fixed Assets (FA), deposits, prepayments, accruals, and leases.
-Oversee inventory accounting, SST, WHT, and other statutory obligations.
-Oversee company credit card usage, bank account openings, and bank acceptance (BA) applications.

Internal Controls, Risk Management & Reporting
-Strengthen internal control processes to prevent errors or fraud.
-Conduct periodic reviews of transactions, accounts, and compliance adherence.
-Support internal audit processes and follow up on audit findings.
-Prepare reports for investors or board members when required.
-Handle special investigations related to discrepancies or unusual transactions.
-Develop reporting mechanisms to detect unusual or suspicious activities。

Treasury & Funding Support
-Monitor liquidity and optimize working capital management.
-Assist in bank relationships, loans, and financing arrangements if required.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship
-Support junior accountants or finance staff with guidance and training.

Fintech Operations Support
-Monitor prepaid accounts, sim cards, digital wallets, or transaction pipelines.
-Track metrics like transaction success rates, refunds, and chargebacks


Requirements:
-At least bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
-Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.
-Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles; experience with SQL Accounting software is advantageous.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
