SITE ADMIN 工地文员

工作内容
-协助准备项目进度报告
-负责工地文件整理与管理
-跟进并提交相关文件及送货单（DO）至总部
-协助处理文件往来
-支援项目经理日常行政工作

职位要求
-熟悉 Microsoft Office（Excel / Word）
-持有有效驾驶执照（必须）
-必须能以中文沟通（与中国同事及上司对接）
-具备基本英语及马来语沟通能力
-能接受工地现场工作环境

Responsibilities:
-Assist in preparing project progress reports and documentation.
-Responsible for the systematic organization and management of site-related documents.
-Follow up on and submit relevant documents and Delivery Orders (DO) to the Headquarters (HQ).
-Assist in handling incoming and outgoing project correspondence and paperwork.
-Provide daily administrative support to the Project Manager.

Requirements:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
-Must possess a valid driving license (Mandatory).
-Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese colleagues and supervisors).
-Possess basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
-Comfortable working in a site-based environment (Construction site).
