Facility Technician

Job Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty PCBAs and electronic components, especially related to walkie-talkie products.
· Perform component-level repair using soldering/desoldering techniques (THT & SMT).
· Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and RF power meters for analysis and verification.
· Interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, and schematic drawings to isolate and resolve defects.
· Document debug findings and support continuous improvement activities.
· Coordinate with engineering and quality teams on root cause analysis for recurring issues.
· Ensure compliance with ESD and safety handling procedures.

Job Requirements:
· Certificate or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB debug or electronics repair.
· Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits.
· Hands-on experience with soldering tools, hot air rework stations, and fine-pitch components .
· Familiarity with RF principles and audio circuit troubleshooting is a plus.
· Ability to read and analyze schematics and use electronic test instruments.
· Good communication skills and attention to detail.
