Sales Operations Executive (Perak)

Your role
-Monitor and drive sell-out KPIs to achieve regional sales targets
-Lead, coordinate, and audit TLs and promoters for strong in-store execution
-Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and follow up on improvements
-Execute trade activations and in-store promotions (B2C activities included)
-Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Merchandising for campaign alignment
-Analyze regional sales data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
-Prepare clear reports and insights for management
-Ensure compliance with company policies and trade standards

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
-1–3 years’ experience in sales operations, field sales, or trade marketing (FMCG preferred)
-Experience managing field teams/TLs/promoters is an advantage
-Willing to travel within the assigned region
-Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
