Customer Service

-Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the related Dept whenever necessaries.
-Achieve individual and team sales target.
-Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
-Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
-Upsell and cross-sell related products to increase order value.
-Build and maintain good relationships based on customer needs.
-Maintain customer records and purchase history for follow up.
-Respond/ Reply to customer inquiries about products, pricing, promotions and availability.
-Assist customers with order placement and payment process
-Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Dept whenever necessaries.
-Inform customers of promotion, campaign and product launches.
-Update Sales report
-Provide feedback on customer trends and product demand
-Any ad-hoc assigned by superior/ Management

Minimum Requirement
-Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification or above.
-Mandatory to have prior experience in indoor sales, with a proven sales track record
-Experience as a Medical Representative will be an added advantage
-Knowledge of wellness or health-related products is a plus
-Preferable with customer service experience
