Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) including basic copywriting
* Coordinate digital content across website, app, EDM, and messaging channels
* Support execution of marketing campaigns, events, and photoshoots
* Liaise with internal teams, agencies, malls, and vendors
* Conduct market research and track F&B marketing trends
* Handle customer enquiries and feedback across digital platforms
* Assist with CRM updates (e.g. app content) and monthly reports
* Support administrative tasks, sourcing and coordination of marketing materials

Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Familiar with social media platforms
* Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Interest in F&B industry is a plus
* Good command in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
