Job Description
-Support Director directly including daily administration, setting up meetings and travel arrangements if any.
-Work closely with all departments and coordinate business activities to ensure smooth running of the business.
-Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
-Prepare reports, consolidate information and other documents required for meeting or for any other specify projects.
-Provide support to meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes.
-Follow Director to attend any meetings or events, take notes and minutes during meeting.
-Managing special assignments or performing any relevant additional task by the Director or the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Administration, Management, Account, Marketing or a related field.
-At least 3year(s) of working experience in the related field.
-Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
-Required skill(s): MS Office applications
-Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
-Able to work independently, resourceful and organized
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Computer literate
-Have own transport
