SALES EXECUTIVE - Serendah

• Actively prospect for and identify potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales with customers, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and opportunities
• To attend to prospect/customer enquiries and assist in any pre and post sales matters
• To attend to walk-in and call-in potential inquiries
• Promote products and give consultations on sales procedures, loan applications, Sale & Purchase Agreement, Deed of Mutual Covenant.
• To assist in coordinating & implementing marketing and promotional activities.
• Contribute to the on-going development of a positive team environment within the Sales & Marketing Department and also within other departments. At the same time, maintain a professional and courteous working relationship with all co-workers.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Provide weekly updates and reports on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback
• To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company

• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, independent, and hardworking
• Able to read, write, and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking candidates is encouraged to apply to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends and public holidays
• Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent experienced related industry in property/real estate sector.
