Import & Export Customer Service

Key Responsibilities (Customer Service):
-Serve as the main point of contact for international clients worldwide regarding import and export shipments.
-Manage LOI / LOA documentation and update vessel schedules accordingly.
-Manage shipping instructions from customers and ensure proper documentation.
-Coordinate and follow up on Bill of Lading (BL) preparation with customers
-Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
-Handle client inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution professionally and promptly.

Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-1-2 years experiences needed for operation roles.
-Prior experience in customer service or import/export logistics will be an added advantage.
-Strong command of English is a must (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
-Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
