IT Solution Architect

About the Role

The IT Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable IT architectures for manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics operations. Drive digital transformation through strategic system migration, data solution development, and cross-functional collaboration.



What you'll be doing

Design scalable, integrated technical solutions connecting manufacturing operations, warehouse management, and logistics systems

Lead migration projects from legacy applications to modern platforms with minimal operational disruption

Develop robust data pipelines and analytics capabilities to enhance operational visibility and decision-making

Establish technical standards and architecture governance across industrial technology systems

Evaluate and select technology vendors, managing relationships to ensure successful implementations

Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and system dependencies



Success Criteria

Deliver cohesive architecture connecting manufacturing, warehouse and logistics operations

Successfully migrate legacy systems with minimal disruption to operations

Implement data solutions that provide actionable insights for operational improvement

Build strong relationships with both business stakeholders and technical implementation teams



What you'll bring

5+ years of experience in solution architecture roles, specifically with industrial systems

Demonstrated success implementing at least one major ERP, MES, or WMS platform

Experience leading technical migrations from legacy systems to modern solutions

Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Relevant certifications in architecture frameworks or specific platforms (beneficial)



Technical skills to succeed the role

Strong expertise in industrial technology systems, particularly ERP, MES, and WMS platforms

Experience designing and implementing data pipelines connecting operational systems

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and migration strategies

Understanding of IoT sensor integration and industrial automation systems

Familiarity with API development and integration patterns

Proficiency with data modeling and analytics solution design
