SALES EXECUTIVE - (KOTA BHARU BRANCH)

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Executive drives business growth by actively engaging with existing dealers, managing sell-in and sell-out processes, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets. This role includes analyzing market trends, preparing and reviewing sales performance reports, implementing competitive promotions, nurturing strong dealer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across dealers, channels, and B2B markets, including project and group sales.



JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Aggressively engage with existing dealers to generate sales.

Prepare sell-in and sell-out reports by collecting, analyzing, and compiling relevant information.

Closely follow up on dealers’ sales performance and accounts receivable.

Analyze and forecast market trends to ensure dealer competitiveness and revenue growth.

Plan and execute competitive promotions and sell-out activities.

Compile and analyze market information to support sell-out improvement.

Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.

Create business opportunities by penetrating new dealers, channels, and B2B markets.

Engage with dealers involved in projects and group sales.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must posses min SPM, diploma & above in any field.

Fresh graduate with outgoing personality are welcome to apply.

Prefer have experience in Sales/ business development or equivalent. Working in consumer electrical (CE) will be added advantage.

Good communication, negotiation, follow up skills, analytical & problem solving skills, self motivated and manage to work independently with minimum supervision.

Desire to take challenge & growth in career advancement .

Computer literate with experience use of Microsoft Office.

Excellent in BM & English (verbal & writing). Mandarin, Cantonese will be added advantage.
