Account Executive

Job Description:
-Prepare month end closing in accurately and timely manner
-Year-end audit & tax filings and ensure timely submission and in compliance
-Liaise with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
-Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
-Comply to HDA/authorities requirement
-Assist in budget or forecast as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:
-Degree in Accounting
-At least 3-5 years working experience
-Experience in Property Development industry is added advantage
-Well versed in Microsoft Office especially Excel
-A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline
