Sales Executive, Group OEM

What you'll be doing
-Assist the immediate superior in managing key account sales for APM Suspension Division and supporting for other subsidiaries.
-Maintaining brand consistency.
-Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objective.
-Reporting of OEM sales performance, new developments and RFQs in monthly Sales & Production meetings and Quarterly Reviews.
-Attend to aftermarket (spare parts) inquiries and developments.
-Monitor on part supply (delivery) - GRN / ERS / Monthly Requirement / Kanban).
-Monitoring of ageing debtors an joint follow ups with OEM admins in seeking prompt payments from OE assemblers.
-Audit ISO and TS
-Follow ups and pursue customers on all outstanding payments.
-Answering and dealing with correspondence on queries from customers and other relevant departments in matters relating to quotations, payments, quality, cost delivery schedules, inventory, orders and other matters

What we're looking for
-Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
-Preferably with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
-Valid driving license.
-Strong commitment to addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
-Problem solving skills and logic thinking to handle discrepancies and identify improvement opportunities.
-Effective communication to convey messages to customer or internal team.
-Able to pick up and assimilate relevant information quickly and easily
