Sales Executive (Southern Area) - Alcohol Product

Responsibilities and Duties
-Effectively manage and lead the designated sales team in individual area, prepare area sales forecasts; establish targets in respective areas such as all product ranges, sales volume, market share or business development and monitor the performance of the sales team of area against these goals.
-Implement sales strategies and plans prepared by company to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
-Support business planning to develop sales plans for the area that are consistent with the overall objectives of the brand and company direction.
-Establish, maintain and develop positive relationships with customers and manage a network across the area.
-Ensure healthy of all product range in the area.
-Ensure achievement of the area sales volumes and distribution target.
-Ensure effectively and efficiently implementing the Sales Excellence strategy and sales call.
-Build strong visibility in outlets and execute on company’s brand activities across the area.
-Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand performance and adjust the strategy and action plans for the area.
-Tracking distributor/wholesaler distribution and sales performance of the area on weekly and monthly basis with report.
-Prepare and conduct business review with distributor/wholesaler and key outlets.

Qualifications & Requirements
-At least 5 years field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
-Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
-Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
-Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
-Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
-Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantage
-Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred
