Senior Marketing Executive

• Handle all social media and provide Customer Excellent by responding all enquiry and solve the issues for customers include all platform. (Google Review, Grab, Instagram, Facebook, Trip advisor, websites and mobile application).
• Engage with customers through various channels, gather feedback, and analyse customer preferences to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Weekly & monthly report compilation – Compiles and updates customers feedback, and sales & promotions campaign performance.
• Coordinates and prepares bulletins for monthly promotions or brief for campaigns to all stores and relevant departments; ensure consistency across all consumer touch points in terms of POSM / marketing collaterals.
• Liaise and follow up with suppliers on any production of POSM material and marketing collaterals and distribute in time on the product launch.
• Handle and liaise with stakeholder and supplier such as Grab, Maxis, merchandise, Bank partners and others.
• Handle minor design such as creating price tag and others internal posters.
• Participate in catering and event management, which involves generating price quotes and capturing content for social media.
• Assist in pricing strategies and adjust prices based on market conditions, costs, competition, and profitability targets.
• Executes all tasks assigned by the Marketing manager in timely manner.
