Business Development Executive- Bayan Baru

Key responsibilities include:
-Actively acquiring and growing new customers for logistics services, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Road Freight, and Oil & Gas (Energy) logistics solutions.
-Achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development KPIs.
-Building, maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers, key stakeholders and sales team.
-Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
-Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and leverage internal resources.
-Assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
-Collaborating with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
-At least 2-3 years’ experience in Business Development, ideally in logistics.
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
