Senior Sales Executive

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:
-To promote company’s properties and services and work towards achieving the sales target as well as high level of customer satisfaction.
-To expand database of potential buyers and to increase sales from existing buyers.
-Close follow up with sales leads generated from sales prospecting activities with the objective to close sales.
-Prepare monthly and weekly reports, timely update for sales charts, site plans and other records for project assigned.
-Conduct market survey report on customer's needs, property market trends and competitor's offerings for future product improvement and development.
-Assist in organizing and coordinating sales launches, exhibitions, promotional activities, road shows and events.
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints review and analyze customer reactions and feedback on products, promotions and services.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling different types of property (e.g.: residential (landed & high-rise) & commercial).
-Pleasant personality and results driven.
-Willing to travel and to be based at different sales offices.
-Able to work independently.
-Willing to work on weekends.
-Projects located at Shah Alam.
