Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Setup & Strategy
-Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems from ground up
-Establish HR frameworks aligned with business and operational goals
-Lead manpower planning and workforce structuring for factory operations

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
-Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels (operators to management)
-Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and timelines
-Build talent pipelines for production ramp-up

Industrial Relations & Employee Relations
-Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations

Compensation & Benefits
-Develop competitive salary structures and benefits programs
-Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance
-Implement incentive schemes aligned with productivity and KPIs

Learning & Development
-Identify training needs and implement onboarding programs
-Develop skills training for production workforce
-Drive leadership development initiatives

HR Operations & Systems
-Set up HRIS, attendance, and payroll systems
-Develop SOPs for HR processes (leave, claims, onboarding, offboarding)
-Maintain employee records and reporting

Compliance & Governance
-Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety, and audits
-Liaise with government bodies and regulatory agencies
-Support internal and external audits

Culture & Engagement
-Drive employee engagement initiatives and communication strategies
-Build a strong organizational culture aligned with company values
-Support change management during factory setup and ramp-up

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
-Experience in start-up factory setup is highly preferred
-Strong knowledge of local labor laws and industrial relations
-Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
-Strong leadership and high adaptability in fast-paced environments
