OPERATION MANAGER - WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
-Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
-Ensure proper warehouse organization and efficient storage practices.
-implement and maintain warehouse SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
-Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
-Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain high stock accurancy.
-Monitor stock movement and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
-Implement inventory control systems and procedures.
-Coordinate and manage periodic stock counts and stock audits.

Inbound & Outbound Logistics
-Manage incoming goods from production or suppliers.
-Oversee outbound shipments to distributors and customers.
-Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
-Coordinate delivery schedule and transportation arrangements.
-Coordination With Sales Department
-Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
-Resolve daily operational issues related to orders, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
-Ensure effective communication between warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.

Logistics & Distribution Management
-Monitor logistics performance including delivery efficiency and cost control.
-Manage relationship with transport provider or internal delivery teams.
-Ensure products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.

Process Improvement
-Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and logistics processes.
-Implement best practices in warehouse management and inventory control.
-Support operational planning as the company expands its distribution network

REQUIREMENTS
-Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business administration or related field.
-Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing environment.
-Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
-Experience in managing warehouse teams and operational processes.
-Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
-Ability to work closely with cross-functional departments including sales, production, and finance.
