We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing recruitment needs. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing qualified candidates, and working closely with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. 负责完整的招聘流程，包括职位发布、人才搜寻、简历筛选、面试安排及录用流程管理。

● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and recruitment networks. 通过招聘网站、LinkedIn、社交媒体及其他渠道主动搜寻合适人才。

● Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications and suitability. 进行候选人的初步筛选和面试，评估其专业能力与岗位匹配度。

● Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements. 与用人部门紧密沟通，了解招聘需求和岗位要求。

● Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. 维护并更新候选人数据库及招聘进度记录。

● Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 建立并维护人才储备库，以满足当前及未来招聘需求。

● Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. 协调面试安排，确保候选人与招聘团队之间沟通顺畅。

● Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required. 在需要时协助公司雇主品牌建设及招聘推广活动。



Requirements | 任职要求

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理或相关专业优先。

● 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. 具备 2-4 年招聘或人才招聘相关经验。

● Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, or other sourcing tools. 熟悉 LinkedIn、JobStreet等招聘平台或其他人才搜寻工具。

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 具备良好的沟通能力及人际交往能力。

● Ability to manage multiple hiring positions simultaneously. 能够同时管理多个招聘需求并有效推进招聘进度。

● Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. 工作细致、有责任心，具备良好的执行力和结果导向。



Preferred Qualifications | 加分项
● Experience in technical or IT recruitment. 具备技术类或 IT 岗位招聘经验者优先。

● Experience recruiting across regional markets (SEA / Middle East). 有东南亚或中东地区招聘经验者优先。
