Responsibilities:

To prepare lesson plans, scheme of work, tutorials, assignments and class discussions.

To utilise the learning management system to maximise student learning.

To prepare teaching materials such as teaching notes, manuals, slides, and reading for student learning.

To develop, review and update all lesson plans, schemes of work, and syllabi from time to time to reflect current practice.

To prepare test/examination questions together with an appropriate marking scheme in a timely manner.

To prepare/update the portfolio for every course taught.

Act as an academic advisor/mentor to students and offer pastoral support to ensure the total development of the students by participating in all activities designed for that purpose.

To assist in the promotional and marketing workshops, events, fairs and exhibitions.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Master's in Occupational, Safety & Health or the relevant field.

A minimum of 3 years of working experience or equivalent in relevant fields.

The candidate must be a certified Competent Person.

A certified OSH Train-the-Trainer with a valid certification.

A candidate with a certified Safety & Health Officer (Green Book) would be an advantage.
