Job Description

will be part of the team that supports the implementation of Wilmar’s Sustainability Policy on No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation (NDPE) across Wilmar’s global supply chain.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage traceability data across Wilmar’s global operations by tracing palm and lauric products back to supplying mills and plantations. This includes collecting and verifying purchase records, supplier details, mill information, and FFB origin data to support a fully traceable supply chain.

2. Conduct annual external verification for the company’s global traceability program by providing auditors with complete and accurate purchase records, traceability documents, and supporting evidence to demonstrate the reliability of reported progress. This includes preparing required datasets, coordinating clarification requests, and ensuring all submissions meet verification standards.

3. Support grievance case investigations by identifying whether implicated estates, mills or groups are present in Wilmar’s supply chain.

4. Assist traceability activities for other commodities such as coconut or palm by-products such as POME and PKE.

5. Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to measure and monitor suppliers’ compliance with Wilmar’s NDPE policy.

6. Assist with on-site visits and documentation programs as and when required.

7. Enhance SOPs and workflows for traceability data collection, verification, and reporting.

8. Support development or implementation of digital traceability tools and platforms.

9. Monitor emerging best practices, industry expectations, and regulatory requirements.



Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in sustainability, business management, supply chain, data analytics, or any other related field.

2. 2-3 years of working experience in the related field. Experience in palm oil sustainability, or traceability would be an added advantage.

3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, or other analytical tools.

5. Strong interpersonal skills for internal & external stakeholder

6. Demonstrate a desire to continuously learn & grow.

7. The job requires flexibility to travel to operational sites in Malaysia and Indonesia.
